STEP 01

Component Incoming Inspection

Incoming inspection is conducted according to the automated system, including SCM ordering and warehousing, BK Electronics barcode attachment, traceability management, and raw material inspection

STEP 02

SMT

SMT(Surface Mount Technology) : Technology for mounting and soldering surface mount components to the PWB surface

  • High-speed / High-density / High-integration / Microchip / Wide board and other SMT line operations
STEP 03

AOI & X-RAY

  • AOI (Automated Optical Inspection): 2D and 3D AOI equipment for inspection of SMT components on PCB
  • X-RAY: 2D and 3D X-Ray equipment with CT scanning and analysis of specific materials
STEP 04

IMT

IMT(Insert Mount Technology) : Technology to insert and solder the lead of a component into the plated through-hole of the PCB.

STEP 05

Selective soldering & Touch-up & Press fit

  • Selective soldering : Several selective soldering machines are used to produce high quality industrial / aerospace / defense / medical products
  • Touch-up : IPC certified skilled workers with diverse experience and know-how perform PCB touch-up
  • Press fit : Equipment for pressing and inserting into the hole of an insulator / a metal plate / or a PCB that has a PTH (Plated Through Hole) or non-PTH
STEP 06

Cleaning and Conformal Coating

  • Cleaning: Improve quality by removing foreign substances and impurities in PBA after SMT/IMT process
  • Conformal coating: In-line system for coating work on electronic components and circuit protection of PBA in the automotive/ aerospace/ defense/ industrial/ medical/ communication and general home appliance fields.
STEP 07

PBA final inspection

After completing PCB production process, final inspection is conducted according to the international standard (IPC) system.

STEP 08

Functional test

In-house functional test equipment was developed and manufactured for functional inspection of PBA mounted materials

STEP 09

Harness assembly

Harness is assembled in-house according to IPC standards, and high-quality products are manufactured based on technology and know-how that can satisfy customer requirements.

STEP 10

Set assembly process

One-stop service from assembling semi-finished products such as PBA and harness, produced and tested directly through in-house processes and operations

STEP 11

Packing and Shipping

  • Packing: Delivery of products to customers without damage by using insulating and impact-resistant materials
  • Shipping: Delivery using own vehicles
