Completion of consulting by Samsung Electronics to improve the working environment

Partner Consulting, which has been operated by Samsung Electronics since 2022, is a program that trains senior professionals who have worked at Samsung Electronics for a long time as consultants and provides customized consulting based on their needs such as manufacturing, quality, and environmental safety. In August this year, BK Electronics was selected as a consulting partner and worked for about four months.

As a result of conducting consulting work, we were able to reduce human error and contribute to improvement of work consistency and efficiency by improving document-based work standards to digital work standards. In addition, by establishing real-time field information visualization for field information monitoring, it was possible to prevent duplicate issuance of work instructions and missing parts. In order to minimize the handling of cable materials shipped from BBK Electronics Vietnam, when manufacturing and producing BBK immediately after receiving it, we proceeded with SET unit packaging according to the order of work, and reduced the time required for work preparation by 5 hours.

Through consulting, we will faithfully implement each task to apply to other areas of work in order to improve the working environment and increase production efficiency in 2026. As BK Electronics has achieved meaningful results, we will continue to strive to achieve excellent results in global manufacturing as well.
